Beginning with 2014 the indicator is calculated based on population with usual residence.
Place of usual residence is defined as the place at which the person has lived continuously for most of the last 12 months, not including temporary absences for poses of recreation, holidays, visits to friends and relatives, business, medical treatment or religious pilgrimage.
